Restek consiglia di scaldare l’ampolla ancora sigillata per 3 minuti a 100°C per liquefare completamente il campione. Capovolgere l’ampolla diverse volte per omogeneizzare il contenuto e quindi aprire, trasferire e diluire (secondo il vostro metodo) entro 1 minuto dopo aver scaldato.
